Texas Steak
Ingredients: 200 g of beef fillet, 70 g of brown beans, 30 g of asparagus, 30 g of pepper, 10 g of ketchup, butter, spices
Directions:
- Mash the beans and season it with ketchup and spices.
- Fry and marinate peppers, cook asparagus and add butter.
- Grill marinated beef and serve on the plate asparagus, mashed beans, peppers and finally steak.
- Finish the dish with sauce.
Risotto with vegetables and crispy leek
Ingredients: 70 g of arborio rice, 20 g of onion, 5 g of garlic, 20 g of carrot, 30 g of zucchini, 20 g of mushrooms, 30 g of spinach, 20 g of leek, 15 g of butter, 15 g of grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Simmer rice with onions and gradually add vegetable soup, repeat the process until the rice is cooked al dente.
- Fry the vegetables in another pan, when done mix all together. Add butter and parmesan when you get food off of stowe.
- Serve and garnish with crispy leek.

Ingredients: 180 g of zander fillet, 130 g of peas, 1 lemon, 20 g of butter, 100 g of potatoes, fish soup, olive oil, spices
Directions:
- Marinate zander fillet in olive oil and lemon peel.
- Make a puree from potatoes and peas and season it with butter and spices.
- Use fish soup, lemon juice and cream to make mousse.
4.Serve by first putting mashed peas on the plate, then put grilled zander on it, then garnish food with lemon mousse.
American burger
- Beef 200 g
- Tomato 4 g
- Pickled cucumber 20 g
- Lettuce 10 g
- Ketchup 20 g
- Mayonnaise 20 g
- Mustard 10 g
- Cabbage 15 g
- Carrot 15 g
Cut the meat into pieces, add salt and pepper to it, and leave in the fridge for 12 hours. Make buns with spinach by adding mashed spinach to a mixture, then some milk, butter and yeast.
Prepare the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and sauce that we made of mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. Serve fried potatoes with hamburger, plus sauce and coleslaw salad which is made from cabbage, carrots, and cream.
