Smoked salmon pasta
Ingredients: 20 dkg of smoked salmon, 20 dkg of creamy cheese, 2 tbsp of chopped parsley, dill, and basil, half a lemon juice, salt, pepper.
Preparation: Smooth cheese, lemon juice, spices and salmon mix up to get a smooth blend. Put some salt and pepper. Place in the pot and cool in the fridge in order to let it to solidify. Serve with a toast.
Beefsteak in red wine sauce
Ingredients: 1 kg of meat, 500 ml of red wine, 1 onion, 1 apple, 1 tbsp of baking sauce powder, 2 tablespoons of plum jam, 1 tbsp of butter, oil, and pepper.
Preparation: Cut the meat in steaks. Fry onions in oil pan. Add chopped apple, salt, and pepper, simmer for two minutes. Mix the powder with half the wine, add the apples, mix and pour the remaining wine. Boil while mixing for five minutes. Mix jam and butter in the sauce, and then remove from the fire. Season your fillet with salt and pepper and bake in the pan on each side for five minutes. Serve it with sauce.
Ingredients: white fish, 2 onions, parsley, basil, 4 garlic cloves, 6 tomatoes, 1 bay leaf, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Preparation: Fry the onion until it becomes reddish. Add peeled and cut tomatoes, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaf, parsley and basil, and simmer until the tomatoes melt. Add cleaned fish to the mixture and simmer until cooked (approx. 30 minutes). Brodeto can be prepared in many ways, and the more fish you have it will be more delicious.
Ingredients: Flan: 2.5 cups of nuts, ⅔ of a cup of dried fruit, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, ⅔ of a cup of coconut butter, 3 teaspoons of agave syrup, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt, half a spoon of vanilla powder. Cream: ⅔ of a cup of raw cocoa, 6 avocados, half a cup of agave syrup, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 drops of essential oil of mint.
Preparation: Trim the dry ingredients for the flan. Add syrup, juice, vanilla and butter, and mix. Put the mixture into a mold and place it in the freezer. Put all cream ingredients, except butter, in the blender and mix. Add butter and still mix. Place the cream on the flan and put it in the freezer. Decorate with mint leaves, coconut and juice syrup.
