Carrying out the process of digitalization of its business, having in mind the needs and requirements of electricity customers and the mass use of mobile phones in everyday life, launching a mobile application has become an imperative and a necessity.
The m-EPBiH mobile application combines functionalities and requirements of supply and distribution business and as a new communication channel JP Elektroprivreda BiH provides customers with direct access to information on electricity supply and distribution network use, in a completely new user-friendly way.
The advantage of the application is that it enables customers of electricity to read and submit information on the condition of the meter, report faults and complaints, and review the status of submitted requests in a fast, safe, and easy way. Moreover, there is an insight into electricity consumption, bill review, payment methods, bank account numbers, calculator for estimating the amount of the monthly bill, delivery of notifications on the expiration of the deadline for bill payment and other useful information.
In addition to the fact that it is an information channel, the mobile application m-EPBiH with great convenience allows a significant increase in interactivity with all customers of Elektroprivreda BiH, with special emphasis on the convenience of simple self-reading of own consumption and calculation of monthly consumption.
To register an electricity meter point in the application, the bill number is sufficient, i.e. reference, and the number of the measuring point, with the possibility that the user can delete, update data or add more measuring points.
Through mobile application m-EPBiH, registration for e-invoice services, e-planning and sms-account status can be realized, while automatic registration of the m-planning service enables the user to receive push notifications on mobile devices about planned disconnections for associated metering points.
In addition to the above, users have access to a geographical view of the locations of Elektrodistribucija branches on the mobile application, as well as a geographical view of the locations of charging stations for electric cars owned by Elektroprivreda BiH.
