A Rich New Year’s Program Across BiH Cities

New Year’s celebrations in Bosnia and Herzegovina will once again bring an unforgettable atmosphere to numerous cities this winter. Mostar, Banja Luka, Zenica, Bihać, Trebinje… have already confirmed their programmes, and visitors can look forward to concerts, fireworks, and holiday cheer that will continue after midnight.

In Sarajevo, a three-day open-air music spectacle awaits: on 1, 2 and 3 January 2026. According to announcements, the band Letu Štuke will perform on January 1, Petar Grašo on the second day of 2026, and Van Gogh will take the stage on January 3.

Mostar is preparing one of the most extensive New Year’s programmes in BiH this year. From December 12 to January 1, visitors can expect two performers every evening and entertainment that lasts late into the night. The craziest night in Mostar will be celebrated with Saša Matić and Trash Band. At the same time, the January 1 rerun will feature performances by Adi Šoše and the Bijelo Dugme & Indexi Tribute Band.

Zenica will welcome the New Year with a musical spectacle at the main city square, where Enes Begović, one of the most prominent BiH folk singers, will perform. The atmosphere will be further energised by Katarina Živković, who brings a rich stage show and dance rhythms.

Organisers announce modern production, including contemporary lighting and sound systems, while visitors will have access to zones with hot drinks, food, and winter delicacies, contributing to a full New Year’s Eve experience.

The Tuzla Tourist Association and the City of Tuzla have decided that the “Winter in Tuzla” 2025/2026 event, including the public New Year’s celebration, will not be held this year. The decision was made out of deep respect for the victims of the tragic fire at the Retirement Home on November 4.

Banja Luka will once again be one of the centres of New Year’s festivities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A major music spectacle will take place at Arena Centre, where a rich programme and high-level production are being prepared. On December 30, the audience will be warmed up by the energetic Tea Tairović.

On the night of December 31 to January 1, Tanja Savić will perform at the same venue, leading the audience into the New Year with her well-known hits and impressive stage show.

The festive atmosphere continues January 1, when Seka Aleksić and Sloba Radanović will take the stage. Their performances are expected to be the highlight of Banja Luka’s New Year’s programme. Organisers are announcing a spectacle featuring special effects, dance performances, and an audience from across the region.

Bihać has once again prepared an excellent winter programme. From December 20 to January 3, the city on the Una River transforms into a large holiday stage. Concerts, Advent-themed events, winter magic, and top music stars guarantee days and nights filled with great energy.

The highlight of Winter Park will be the spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration at the City Square, where visitors can expect DJ Inis, Džengiz and Gušt’n’roll, followed by one of the greatest Balkan divas, Marija Šerifović, who will deliver an unforgettable New Year’s moment to locals and guests from across the region. The festive atmosphere will be further enriched by performances from major names such as Zabranjeno Pušenje, Psihomodo Pop, S.A.R.S., Nina Badrić, and Željko Bebek.

The City of Trebinje and the Tourist Association of Trebinje have announced their New Year’s programme at Freedom Square, where singer Rada Manojlović will entertain the audience on the craziest night of the year.
